Hassan

Originally from Lebanon, Hassan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, coaching everyone from busy professionals to elite athletes. His expertise lies in strength training, hypertrophy, and high-performance conditioning. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, Hassan ensures that every workout is effective and injury-free. Born and raised in Italy, Luca is a former competitive swimmer turned elite personal trainer.
