His coaching style is intense yet supportive, pushing clients to exceed their own expectations.

Hassan

Originally from Lebanon, Hassan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, coaching everyone from busy professionals to elite athletes. His expertise lies in strength training, hypertrophy, and high-performance conditioning. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, Hassan ensures that every workout is effective and injury-free. His training philosophy? "Discipline and consistency beat motivation every time."

Born and raised in Italy, Luca is a former competitive swimmer turned elite personal trainer. With a background in sports science and nutrition, he focuses on holistic training programs that improve strength, endurance, and overall well-being.
