Specialising in functional training and body transformation, he has helped hundreds of clients achieve their dream physiques. Mar believes in a science-based approach to training, combining progressive overload with mobility work to enhance both strength and longevity. His coaching style is intense yet supportive, pushing clients to exceed their own expectations.

Hassan

Originally from Lebanon, Hassan has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, coaching everyone from busy professionals to elite athletes. His expertise lies in strength training, hypertrophy, and high-performance conditioning. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, Hassan ensures that every workout is effective and injury-free. His training philosophy? "Discipline and consistency beat motivation every time."

Luca

Born and raised in Italy, Luca is a former competitive swimmer turned elite personal trainer.
